My friend Nicole is a Yoga instructor and was teaching her daughter Catherine and her friend Whitney and Maya some moves. It is so neat to watch her.....One of my goals is to start taking one of Nicole's classes.

She's a natural... I'll have to teach her some moves next time. There is an awesome 'yoga for kids' video, they go into shapes of the alphabet... thanks for sharing!
